Mr. Jacoby is a shareholder at McGavick Graves where he practices in the areas of municipal and government law, environmental and land use, and commercial real estate. Mr. Jacoby is the City Attorney for the City of Port Orchard (2008–Present) and General Counsel for the Tacoma Pierce County Health Department (2009–Present). He serves as a hearing officer and acting land use administrator for the City of Tacoma. He advises municipal and government clients on a wide range of issues including land use and planning, general governance, finance, and contracts. He also represents clients in environmental and land use matters, including matters brought under the federal and state Superfund statutes and the Clean Water Act, as well as business transactions that involve contaminated property.
